Change of Mind:

• If you wish to return an item, you must request within 14 days of purchase.

Faulty/Damaged Item:

• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you may choose a full refund or exchange.
• For minor issues, we will replace the item within a reasonable time.
• Satisfactory proof of purchase is required (order number/photo).
